North Kansas City High School provides an enriched learning environment that has helped countless students get ahead. The building is now under construction to create a state of the art building for students to learn and thrive in. Founded in 1925, the school is located in North Kansas City, Missouri and reflects the warm culture and diverse backgrounds of the area. We’re extremely proud of our students and staff, who are always eager to learn, create and grow together.

WHAT IS THE SCHOOL LIKE?
Northtown is a very comfortable place to learn. The exterior may look a bit intimidating to newcomers but once inside, you can feel the warmth of the environment despite being ranked in the top 10 hardest schools in Missouri. We have an open campus that is currently under construction and we are the #1 most diverse school in Missouri.
CAN I VISIT THE SCHOOL?
Anyone is welcome to visit the school to meet the administration and/or counselors, or for any understandable and reasonable purposes. We are open Monday through Friday, during school hours. To enter the school you must first come through the Student Services Center.
